Julie Lam

Julie is a visionary educator and wisdom keeper who has spent four decades unlocking the transformative power of human connection. As founder of Highgate House School in Hong Kong, she created a sanctuary that honours childhood's sacred nature while bringing harmony to families with young children.

Her profound understanding of child development emerged from her long term professional dedication as well as her personal experience as a mother of four and grandmother of two. Drawing from anthroposophy, sensory awareness, and deep listening practices, Julie has developed innovative approaches to leading, teaching and parenting that restore authentic connection.

Julie guides others to tap into their innate wisdom and create spaces where everyone can flourish naturally. Her book and courses share powerful insights, awakening the courage to live from our deepest truth and freeing our unlimited inspirations for the empowerment of others.
