An 8 week small group experience for high responsibility women leading at work and at home who are ready to feel more steady, more connected, and more fully themselves again.

Why This Exists

This space is for women who carry a lot.

Women who are relied upon.

Women who are often the steady one in the room.

From the outside, you are functioning.

Inside, you are exhausted.

Not collapsing.

Just constantly on.

You move from one responsibility to the next.

You solve problems before others notice them.

You hold tension in your body without realising.

And at times, you feel disconnected.

Disconnected from your own steadiness.
Disconnected in conversations.
Physically present, but not fully there.

You miss moments.

And sometimes you only realise much later what you were not fully present for.

Not because you did not care.

Because you were carrying too much.

If you recognise that quiet exhaustion and disconnection, this space was created for you.

What This Is

This is a carefully held small group space where presence is practiced, not just discussed.

Each session follows a clear developmental theme.

There is structure.

There is guidance.

You listen.

You speak when you are ready.

There is no pressure to share more than you wish.

You are invited, not pushed.

This is not performance.

It is practice.

Through precise prompts and steady facilitation, you begin to drop from constant thinking into a more grounded awareness.

Not dramatic.

Not overwhelming.

Steady.

Between sessions, there is space.

Short periods of reflection.

Moments of pause in the middle of real life.

You are given gentle guidance to help you notice patterns, experiment with responding differently, and strengthen your own grounded presence in real situations at work and at home.

Progress builds quietly.

Relief accumulates.

Reconnection strengthens.

Week by week, something settles.

And from that settling, change begins to feel natural rather than forced.

A Personal Note

There was a period in my life when I was holding a great deal.

Leading a school.
Raising four children.
Managing families and staff.

From the outside, I looked steady.

But I remember seeing a photograph of myself with my family.

I was there.

But not fully there.

I could see the strain in my eyes.

The distraction.
The tiredness I thought I was hiding.

Nothing dramatic was wrong.

But I was tight.

Carrying more than was mine.

Trying to keep everything moving.

What shifted was not a breakthrough.

It was a slowing down.

I stopped trying to fix people.

I stopped trying to inspire or push.

I listened more.

I paused before responding.

I let go of some of the tension I thought was necessary.

As I relaxed the anxiety, something unexpected happened.

The team at school began offering more ideas.

They cooperated more naturally.

There was less coaxing.

Less managing.

Work felt lighter.

Not because the work changed.

Because I did.

At home, there was more ease.

Less reacting.
More presence.

I realised I did not need to carry everyone in order for things to function.

Trusting more created space.

And in that space, others stepped forward.

This journey grew from that lived shift.

Restoring inner safety and groundedness.

Opening to curiosity, wonder, and the courage to soften.

Expression
Becoming aware of conditioned ways of expressing and moving toward authenticity.

Somatic Awareness
Listening to the truth in the body.

Emotional Integration
Reclaiming access to feeling without being overwhelmed by it.
Allowing the heart to soften.
Letting care, love, and longing inform your life again.

Natural Wisdom
Bringing the mind back into alignment with the heart.
Thinking clearly without needing to prove, control, or dominate.
Learning to speak and listen with steadiness and inspiration.

Community
Bringing your whole self into relationship.
Body steady.
Heart open.
Mind clear.
Learning to collaborate and contribute without over carrying.

Expansion
Living from integrated presence in the world.
Speaking with clarity.
Leading with quiet authority.

Creating influence that ripples beyond you.

What Begins To Shift

By week one, most women describe a sense of relief.

A softening.
An opening.
A feeling of being met.

As the weeks unfold, women often notice:

Less internal noise at night.
More patience with their children.
Greater steadiness in leadership.
Clearer thinking.
A quiet return of aliveness.

You are not learning to become someone new.

You are remembering your wholeness and allowing it to shape how you live and relate.

When presence strengthens, life reorganises around it.

You do not have to force the change.

It begins to flow.

Structure

The journey unfolds over 8 weeks.

We will meet weekly for a 90 minute live online group session within a small, curated cohort limited to 10 women.

Each session follows a clear developmental theme from the 8 stage pathway, guiding the depth and direction of the conversation. Participants share openly, within a clear and intentional structure.

Each week also includes material to support short periods of observation and reflection between sessions, helping you integrate the work into real life.

One private 1:1 session is included and arranged at a supportive time during the journey.

This work deepens through consistent participation and shared commitment.

Trust deepens.

Change becomes embodied.

The Application Process

This journey is entered through a short written application.

Cohorts are limited to 10 women so that the space remains intimate and carefully held.

The purpose of the application is not for me to assess you.

It is to ensure this journey is right for you at this time and that you will receive the depth and steadiness you are looking for.

Completing the application also gives you a moment to pause and reflect on where you are now and what you are ready for.

If it feels aligned, you will be invited to a private exploratory conversation with me.

This is a thoughtful discussion, not a test.

If we both feel the journey is a good fit, you will be warmly welcomed into the cohort.

Payment can be made in full, or in two monthly instalments.
