The Connected Presence Practice

Reclaiming Presence in Connection

Experience Being Met With Presence

A sixteen-week guided journey into presence, connection, and shared wisdom.

As we reconnect with natural presence, certain discoveries often emerge.

People often develop greater trust in their own knowing.

A deeper appreciation for ordinary moments.

A greater capacity to listen.

Relationships feel more real

Conversations become more meaningful.

Parenting becomes less reactive and more connected.

Leadership becomes more grounded and effective.

Work feels more purposeful.

Life feels less contracted and more alive, with a greater sense of ease and flow.

People discover that when they become more present, they quietly invite the same possibility in others.

"Participating in this course, I experienced the power of arriving at my own insights. I am deeply inspired by how the process works. I feel much more connected to myself and far more trusting that I have what I need to enjoy life more fully."

Marie

"This course is a radical shift from all the coaching I have previously done. It feels as though a breath of fresh air has entered my life. I felt deeply supported, and Julie's gentle guidance within the structure of the practice has been life changing."

Anna

What DOes It mean to be met with Presence ?

Many people do not realise what they have been missing until they experience it.

A conversation where they feel fully heard.

A space where they do not need to perform, impress, persuade, or have the right answer.

A moment of feeling deeply received.

Fully human.

At the heart of this practice is a simple but often rare experience: being met with presence.

Whatever brings people here, many discover the same invitation:

To experience being met with presence.

To remember their own natural presence.

To bring that presence into their relationships, work, and life.

The Practice

Connected Presence is a relational practice grounded in presence, attention, reflection, and genuine human encounter.

Again and again, participants discover that the insights most meaningful to them emerge from their own experience.

Through attentive listening, shared exploration, and authentic engagement, new understanding often arises naturally—understanding that is personal, relevant, and deeply their own.

Over sixteen weeks we explore eight developmental themes that reflect the unfolding human experience from childhood through adulthood.

The themes provide a structure through which participants can reflect on the experiences that have shaped their lives and continue to influence how they meet themselves, others, and the world today.

What once felt fixed often becomes open to curiosity.

What once felt confusing often begins to make more sense.

The themes provide the structure.

The group provides the experience.

And no two journeys are ever the same.

Who Joins This Practice?

People arrive for different reasons.

Some want to be more present with their children.

Some are seeking healthier and more meaningful relationships.

Some want to lead and work with greater clarity and effectiveness.

Some are coaches, educators, therapists, and helping professionals who recognise that the quality of their presence influences the people they serve.

Others simply sense there is more of themselves available than they are currently bringing to their lives.
