PRESENCE Pathway
P – Place (Sanctuary of Stillness)
Feel yourself arrive. This is the place of sanctuary — safe, still, welcoming. Here you are invited to give yourself a welcome, and to receive it fully, just as you are, as you are held.
R – Reverence (Wonder / Innocent Perception)
Begin with reverence for the stillness within. Attend to the small details — the subtle stirrings that awaken something inside. Reverence opens the way to curiosity, widening your awareness of perspective and belief, and softening you toward new ways of seeing.
E – Expression (Story)
We all carry stories — some that lift us, others that quietly confine us. In this stage, you practice expressing your story: honouring the narratives that shaped you, softening those that no longer serve, and opening space for new stories to take root.
S – Somatic Wisdom (Embodiment)
The body remembers. It speaks through sensation, tension, ease, and flow. Here you listen deeply to the body’s wisdom, allowing it to guide you back into presence and self-trust.
E – Emotional Integration
Emotions are not obstacles but messengers. This stage invites the weaving of heart and mind, so that compassion can hold what arises and bring a deeper harmony within.
N – Natural Wisdom
To listen with your whole being and to speak with honesty is sacred work. This is the practice of listening deeply to what is emerging, responding with truth, to hear what inner wisdom is already there waiting to be revealed.
C – Community
Belonging with others sustains us, magnifies our joy, and weaves us back into the larger fabric of life. It is here that insights and inspirations are received that are meant for the whole.
E – Expansion
The spiral goes ever wider. From those closest to us into widening circles of community, your presence ripples outward. Expansion asks: how will you live your purpose through presence? What will you contribute, how will you serve? It is both intimate and vast — the belonging within becoming belonging with everything, as the spiral carries you into new beginnings.
